Which service should I choose?Cleaning often takes much longer than expected. This is likely why you're interested in allowing us take it off your to-do list. Our express service is a two hour service created for small jobs such as apartments and two bedroom homes. If you have a larger home, the standard or deep clean services may be more appropriate. Keep in mind that heavily soiled or cluttered homes may require extra time and incur an additional fee.

Is there anything you don't clean?We don't wash dishes, do laundry, or clean the exterior of our clients homes. Heavily soiled homes will require more time and may incur an extra fee to get the home to a satisfactory condition

What do you consider a heavily soiled home?We do thorough and quick work, but even we can't work miracles! If your home needs a little extra lovin' you may need to upgrade to a deep clean service. Call or email us if you're need any additional clarification. We look forward to helping you achive the piece of mind of a clean home.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equipment?No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use.

How soon can I book?Bookings are typically made with 72 hour notice. However, if you need to schedule before then, give us a call and we will do our best to accomodate you.

When must I cancel my appoinment?You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 24 hours will there be a charge?Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.
