Service Description

We will deep clean your home or apartment before you move in or after you move out. Our detailed deep cleaning includes cobwebs removed, window sills, ledges, and blinds dusted. All toilets thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, Floors cleaned/carpets vacuumed, and all bathtubs/showers cleaned. Kitchen countertops cleaned and sanitized, all outside appliances wiped down. Glass surfaces wiped, ceiling fans dusted, and all outside /inside cabinets cleaned. Additional services for the inside of appliances or baseboards are subjected to a service charge as add-ons to this package. Your place must be empty before we arrive. Please note* Starting at $250 1-2 bedrooms. Basements are an additional $50. The remaining balance is due once cleaning is complete. The deposit goes towards the service balance. The deposit is nonrefundable if the cleaning is canceled. * Moving into a new home should feel exciting, not stressful. Cancellation Policy

Clean House of Atlanta — CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that the Client needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment, forty-eight (48) hours notice to Latasha or Clean House of Atlanta Staff is required. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text), or phone. Should the Client fail to give forty-eight (48) hours notice on more than one (1) occasion, the Client must pay 50% for the canceled cleaning first offense and 100% of the fee for canceled cleanings thereafter. Canceling more than three (3) consecutive cleanings or more than seven (7) total scheduled cleanings, without prior approval of Clean House of Atlanta, will be deemed a material breach and allow Clean House of Atlanta to cancel the contract and/or pricing agreement or to seek legal remedies. In the event that Clean House of Atlanta needs to cancel a scheduled cleaning appointment 24 hours notice will be given to the client.
